<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. _3 ~,{, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 14.281. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />Ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br />hereby amended by amending Section 14.281 as follows: <br />14.281. The following shall be the maximum size <br /> <br />for any s1gns within the above districts: <br />(a) The gross surface area of all business signs <br /> <br />on a lot shall not exceed the sum of three (3) square feet <br /> <br />per front foot of building, plus one (1) square foot per <br /> <br />lineal front foot of lot area not covered by a building, plus <br /> <br />one (1) square foot per lineal foot of side yard contiguous <br /> <br />to a side street. <br /> <br />(b) No individual business sign surface shall <br />exceed one hundred (100) square feet in area, plus one-half <br /> <br />(1/2) square foot for each lineal foot the sign is set-back <br /> <br />in excess of sixty (60) feet distant from the center line of <br />the frontage street, but not to exceed three hundred (300) <br />square feet. No two (2) or more signs shall be arranged and <br /> <br />integrated so as to cause a gross surface area exceeding the <br /> <br />area limitations 1n this section. <br />
