<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from fiR-I" to flR-3" <br /> <br />the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) <br />of Section Five (5), Township Twenty-Nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-Three (23), described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Trunk <br />Highway 8 distant 1,128.34 feet Southwest of its <br />intersection with the North line of said North- <br />west Quarter; thence running Southwest on said <br />center line 335.92 feet more or less to a point <br />distant 2,191 feet northeast of the South line <br />of said Northwest Quarter measured on said center <br />line; thence at right angles Southeast 534.67 <br />feet more or less to the Northwesterly line of <br />highway right of way; thence Northeasterly on said <br />Northwesterly line 335.92 feet more or leas to an <br />intersection with the line running Southeast at <br />right angles to said center line from aforedescribed <br />point of beginning; thence Northwest 534.67 feet to <br />said point of beginning; subject to Trunk Highway <br />No.8. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br />
