<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br />Village Council that said property be rezoned to "R-3"; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of April, <br />1962, and continued the same until the 23rd day of April, 1962 <br /> <br />at the Village Hall at its regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that said property <br /> <br />be rezoned to "R-3." <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That all that pait of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW 1/4) of Section Five, (5), Township Twenty <br />Nine (29), Range Twenty-Three (23), described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point on the center <br />line of Trunk Highway 8 distant 1,128.34 feet <br />Southwest of its intersection with the North line <br />of siid Northwest Quarter; thence running Southwest <br />on said center line 335.92 feet more or less to a <br />point distant 2,191 feet northeast of the South <br />line of said Northwest Quarter measured on said <br />center line; thence at right angles Southeast <br />534.67 feet more or less to the Northwesterly line <br />of highway right of way; thence Northeasterly on <br />said Northwesterly line 335.92 feet more or less <br />to an intersection with the line running Southeast <br />at right angles to said center line from afore- <br />described point of beginning; thence Northwest <br />534.67 feet to said point of beginning; subject to <br />Trunk Highway No.8. <br />
