<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. j 7,3 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTIONS 20.090 and 20.100. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by amending the first sentence of Section 20.090 to <br />read as follows: <br />20.090. Required Land Improvements. No final plat shall <br />be approved by the Council without first receiving a report <br />signed by the Village Engineer certifying that the improvements <br />described in the subdivider's plans and specifications meet the <br />minimum requirements of all ordinances ln the Village, and that <br />they comply with the following: <br /> <br />II. <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by amending Section 20.100 to read as follows: <br />20.100. Arrangements for Improvements. Prior to the <br />making of the required improvements, the owner or subdivider shall <br />deposit with the Village Clerk in an amount equal to 1-1/2 times <br />the Village Engineer's estimate cost of such improvements, <br />
