After September 1st, a new license can <br /> <br />be obtained only by taking the examination and the ful- <br /> <br />fillment of other provisions provided herein. Any person <br /> <br />allowing his license to expire shall not be permitted to <br /> <br />do any of the work authorized under said license during <br /> <br />the time between expiration and the issuance of a new <br /> <br />license. <br /> <br />(11) License Not Transferable. A water service excavator's <br /> <br />license shall not be transferable. <br /> <br />(12) Revocation of License, Failure to Pay Claim a Cause. The <br /> <br />Council shall have power to revoke any license upon <br /> <br />satisfactory proof that the holder of said license has <br /> <br />wilfully violated any of the provisions of this Chapter. <br /> <br />A revoked license shall not be reinstated in any manner <br /> <br />for a period of six months. The failure to pay within <br /> <br />60 days any legitimate claim the Village may have against <br /> <br />a water service excavator shall constitute cause for <br /> <br />revocation of license. <br /> <br />66.250. Turninq on Water. No person, except an authorized <br /> <br />Village employee, shall turn on or off any water supply at the stop <br /> <br />box without permission from the Utilities Superintendent. <br /> <br />Water Rates and Collection of Charges <br /> <br />66.300.
