<br />Water Connections <br /> <br />66.200. Applications. <br /> <br />(1) All applications for service installations and for water <br /> <br />service shall be made to the Building Inspector on <br /> <br />printed forms furnished by the Village. <br /> <br />(2) All applications for service installation shall be made <br /> <br />by the owner or agent of the property to be served and <br /> <br />shall state the size and location of service connection <br /> <br />required, and the applicant shall, at the time of making <br /> <br />application, pay to the Village the amount of fees or <br /> <br />deposit required for the installation of the service <br /> <br />connection as hereinafter provided. <br /> <br />(3) When service connections have been installed, application <br /> <br />for water service may be made to the Building Inspector <br /> <br />either by the owner, agent, tenant, or occupant of the <br /> <br />premises. <br /> <br />(4) The size of water service connections and meters shall be <br /> <br />subject to approval of the utilities Superintendent. <br /> <br />(5) "A meter Spacer with tailpiece coupling will be furnished <br /> <br />to the contractor or Plumber, upon request, one day before <br /> <br />starting construction of a water service; Meter spacers <br /> <br />will be picked up when Roseville Utility Department <br /> <br />installs meter after completion of water service installation." <br /> <br />66.210. <br /> <br />Service Charqes. <br /> <br />(1) A permit must be obtained to connect to existing water <br /> <br />service leads at the curb box.
