No permit shall be issued except <br /> <br />to a master plumber licensed by the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />(2) Additional charges shall be paid at the time of making <br /> <br />application for tapping and making connections with the <br /> <br />water mains where a curb box and service lead is not <br /> <br />installed, which charges shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(a) In case the installation is to be in an <br /> <br />unsurfaced street: <br /> <br />3/4 inch service connection . <br />1 inch service connection . <br /> <br />. $125.00 <br />. $150.00 <br /> <br />This charge shall include the tapping of the <br /> <br />water ma~n, the installation of the service <br /> <br />line, and the installation of the curb stop <br /> <br />and box. <br /> <br />(b) In case the installation is to be upon a <br /> <br />surfaced street, the following rules shall <br /> <br />apply: <br /> <br />Location of the main shall be obtained from the <br /> <br />Village Engineer; there shall be a fee of $60 <br /> <br />for restoration of a typical road-mix bituminous <br /> <br />street, in addition to the charge in (a) above, <br /> <br />and for restoration of a higher typestr~et, such <br /> <br />fee as will be set by the Village Engineer; all <br /> <br />back fill materials shall be mechanically <br /> <br />compacted in 1211 layers in place in roadway <br /> <br />area to existing street grade. <br /> <br />(c) For larger connections, the amount to be <br /> <br />-7- <br />
