<br />-2- <br /> <br />12.040. Procedure for Variances. Any owner of land may f'ile <br />an application for a variance by paying the amount set f'orth in <br />Section 15.030, and by pr0vidinp: the Village with an abstractor's <br />certi fied property cert ificate shO\vinf' the property owners wi thin <br />250 feet of the outer boundaries of the parcel of land on which the <br />variance is requested.
