<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ 7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 66.320 and 70.140 <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by amending Section 66.230 thereof so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.320. Payment of CharGes. Statements for total water charges <br /> <br />for the preceding quarterly period shall be mailed by the Finance Department <br /> <br />to each customer on or before the 5th day of January, April, July and <br /> <br />October of each year. Such statements shall be due on or before the last <br /> <br />day of the month following the quarterly period covered by such statement. <br /> <br />There shall be added to all statements not paid when due, a penalty charge <br /> <br />of $1. 00, and not to exceed $1. 00 where more than one utility is billed on <br /> <br />the same statement. Any prepayment or overpayment of charges may be <br /> <br />retained by the Village and applied on subsequent quarterly statements. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by amending Section 70.140 thereof I so a s to read a s follows: <br />
