<br />70.140. Payment of Charqes. Statements for total sewer <br /> <br />charges, including City of St. Paul sewer charges, for the preceding <br /> <br />quarterly period shall be mailed to each customer on or before the 5th day <br /> <br />of January, April, July and October of each year. Such statements shall <br /> <br />be due and payable to the Village Treasury on or before the last day of the <br /> <br />month following the quarterly period covered by such statement. There <br /> <br />shall be added to all statements not paid when due, a penalty charge of <br /> <br />$1.00, and not to exceed $1.00 where more than one utility is billed on <br /> <br />the same statement. Any prepayment or overpayment of charges may be <br /> <br />retained by the Village and applied on subsequent quarterly statements. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, thisLL-Z\iay of November, 1963. <br /> <br />/j/J .
