<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINAN CE NO. ~:3 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS <br /> <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br /> <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and l6.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Ro seville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from "R-l" to "B-1 II the following described <br /> <br />real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The South 100 feet of that part of Government <br />Lot 3. Section 2, Township 29. Range 23. lying <br />West of the central line of Victoria Street (formerly <br />St. Paul and Bass Lake Boulevard) except the <br />West 165 feet thereof. Subject to public highways <br />and that part of Government Lot 4, Section 2. <br />Township 29. Range 23 lying North of County Road C <br />and West of Victoria Street (formerly St. Paul and <br />Ba s s Lake Boulevard) except the We st 300. 2 feet of <br />the South 300 feet thereof, and except the West 165 <br />feet thereof. Subject to public highwaysz all of said <br />property lying and being in Ram sey County, Minne sota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Planning Commission. pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to "B-1 II; and <br />
