<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice. <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 11th day of May. 1964 at <br /> <br />the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. pillSuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned <br /> <br />to "B _I" . <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297 as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010. 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: That <br /> <br />The South 100 feet of that part of Government <br />Lot 3, Section 2, Township 29, Range 23, lying <br />West of the central line of Victoria Street (formerly <br />St. Paul and Bass Lake Brulevard) except the <br />West 165 feet thereof. Subject to public highways <br />and that part of Government Lot 4, Section 2, <br />Township 29. Range 23 lying North of County Road C <br />and West of Victoria Street (formerly St. Paul and <br />Bas s Lake Boulevard) except the West 300.2 feet of <br />the South 300 feet thereof, and except the West 165 <br />feet thereof. Subject to public highways. all of said <br />property lying and being in Ramsey County. Minnesota, <br /> <br />be. and hereby is, rezoned from "R-l11 to liB-I", and that the Zoning Map <br /> <br />be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as liB_III. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
