<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. -!L3tZ. <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING THERETO <br /> <br />CHAPTER NO. 118. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Rcseville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />crdains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto Chapter 118, which shall read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />118. MOTOR SCOOTER LIVERIES. <br /> <br />118.010. License Required. No person, firm or corporation <br /> <br />shall operate any motor scooter livery without first securing a license <br /> <br />to do so. <br /> <br />118.020. Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, <br /> <br />the following words shall be defined as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Motor scooter means every 2-wheel vehicle that is <br /> <br />self-propelled, including motor-driven bicycles, scooters and motorcycles. <br /> <br />(2) Motor scooter livery means every business engaged in <br /> <br />letting, renting or furnishing scooters for a consideration which are <br /> <br />intended to be used on public roads. <br />
