<br />118.030. Insurance Required. Any application made for <br /> <br />a motor scooter livery license shall be accompanied by certificates of <br /> <br />insurance issued by insurance companies authorized to do business <br /> <br />in the State of Minnesota, certifying that the operator is insured for <br /> <br />liability of the owner or persons renting the motor scooter, and said <br /> <br />insurance shall be in the amount of $100,000.00 for injuries to anyone <br /> <br />person and $300,000.00 for injuries arising out of anyone accident, <br /> <br />and $25,000.00 for damage to any property arising out of anyone <br /> <br />accident. <br /> <br />118.040. Consent Required. It is unlawful to let, rent or <br /> <br />furnish any motor scooter vehicle to any person under the age of eighteen <br /> <br />(18) years unless such person shall furnish and leave with the licensee <br /> <br />a statement in writing showing the consent of the parent or guardian. <br /> <br />118.050. Driver's License Required. No licensee shall let <br /> <br />or furnish any such motor scooter to any person not having his or her <br /> <br />motor vehicle dri ver' s license is sued in accordance with the provisions <br /> <br />of the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />118.060. Permanent Records. The licensee shall make a <br /> <br />permanent and legible record containing the name, addre s s and age of the <br /> <br />person to whom the motor scooter is furnished, rented or let, and shall <br /> <br />record thereon the number and date of issue and expiration of the driver's <br /> <br />license, together with the de scription of the person a s shown by the <br /> <br />driver's license. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
