(p3~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS AMENDED, <br /> <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING <br /> <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plIsuant to Sections 16.0l0, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16. 040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Ro seville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a written <br /> <br />request to rezone from IIR-l11 to "B-I" the following described real property, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), Michel's Rearrangements of Lots Nine (9) <br />through Sixteen (16) inclusive, of Mackubin and Iglehartl s <br />Addition of Outlots to St. Paul except the East One Hundred <br />Fifty Feet (E. ISO') of part North of South Thirty Feet (S. 30') <br />thereof; except the North Two Hundred Feet (N. 200') of part <br />West of the East One Hundred Fifty Feet (E.150') and except <br />the West One Hundred Sixty Feet (W. 160') of part South of <br />the North Two Hundred Feet (N. 200') and North of the <br />South Fifteen Feet (S. IS') subject to easements over the <br />South Fifteen Feet (S.
