WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that said property be rezmed to "B-1" and WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held a public hearing m said matter on the 4th day of November, 1963, which hearing was continued to the 18th day of November, 1963, at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the recommendations of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned to "B-1", THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: 1. That Ordinance No. 297 as amended, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: Lot Three (3), Michell s Rearrangements of Lots Nine (9) through Sixteen (16) inclusive, of Mackubin and Iglehart' s Addition of Outlots to St. Paul except the East One Hundred Fifty Feet (E. 1501) of part North of South Thirty Feet (S. 301) thereof; except the North Two Hundred Feet (N. 200') of part West of the East One Hundred Fifty Feet (E. 1501) and except the West One Hundred Sixty Feet (W. 160') of part South of the North Two Hundred FEet (N. 2001) and North of the South Fifteen Feet (S .15') subject to easements over the Sruth Fifteen Feet (S.15') of the West Two Hundred Twenty Feet (W. 2201) and the South Thirty Feet (S. 30') of the East One Hundred Sixty-five Feet (E. 165') and the West Fifteen Feet (W.
