<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~J? <br /> <br />* * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING CHAPTERS 250, 251, 252 and <br /> <br />260 THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by amending Chapter 250 as follows: <br /> <br />Section 250.020 (4) shall read as follows: <br /> <br />(4) Village Manager; Village Engineer; Village Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 250.040 shall read as follows: <br /> <br />250.040. Appointments. All probationary, temporary, and <br /> <br />regular appointments to municipal service shall be made by the Village <br /> <br />Manager. <br /> <br />Section 250.060 shall be, and hereby is repealed in its <br /> <br />entirety. <br /> <br />Section 250.070 shall read as follows: <br /> <br />250.070. Probationary Period. All original appointments <br /> <br />shall be probationary and subject to a probationary period of six (6) <br /> <br />months of service after appointment.
