Village Manager Determine s Eligibility. The Village <br /> <br />Manager shall determine, in any particular instance, whether an employee <br /> <br />is eligible for benefits under the Sick Leave Plan. <br /> <br />252.160 shall read as follows: <br /> <br />252.160. Special Leave. The Village Manager may allow an <br /> <br />employee special leave at full pay for attendance at conference s benefitting <br /> <br />the municipality. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by amending Chapter 260 as follows: <br /> <br />Section 260.040 shall read as follows: <br /> <br />260.040. Exempt Positions. The following positions shall <br /> <br />not be subject to this Chapter: <br /> <br />All elected officials; <br />Village Manager; <br />Village Attorney; <br />Village Engineer; <br />Village Treasurer; <br />Village Health Officer; <br />All volunteer Firemen; <br />All employees subject to the Roseville Police Civil <br />Service Commission. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
