<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 77'Y <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTIONS <br /> <br />252.040 and 252.190 THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />ordain s: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Section 252.040 thereof so as to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />252.040. Rate of Accumulation. <br /> <br />(l) Regular employees and regular part-time employees who <br /> <br />accumulate one year of service credit will be eligilli for ten (10) days <br /> <br />of paid vacation the following year. <br /> <br />(2) Regular employees and regular part-time employees <br /> <br />who accumulate nine (9) years of service credit will be eligible for fifteen <br /> <br />(15) days of paid vacation the following year. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 252.190 thereof so as to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
