<br />B. An annual conveyance charge commencing January 1, <br /> <br />1965, by Roseville for the use of the applicable or affected Roseville <br /> <br />trunk and interceptor sewers in an amount comparable to that paid by <br /> <br />individual sewer users within the Village of Roseville for the operation <br /> <br />and maintenance and use of comparable Roseville interceptor and trunk <br /> <br />sewers. This charge to be paid by sewer users in the Village ofArrden <br /> <br />Hills for the use of subject trunk and interceptor sewers shall be based <br /> <br />upon a reasonable charge comparable as stated to that paid by Roseville <br /> <br />sewer users for comparable sewer use, and shall be established at this <br /> <br />time to be Fifteen Percent (15 %) of the rate charged to Ro seville sewer <br /> <br />users for the use of all Roseville sewers including interceptor, trunk <br /> <br />and lateral sewers; such charges to Roseville sewer users being that <br /> <br />determined under Village of Roseville Council Ordinance No. 259, <br /> <br />adopted November 12, 1958, arrl as such Ordinance may be hereafter <br /> <br />amended. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />That the said Village of Shoreview shall pass an Ordinance <br /> <br />in form satisfactory to the attorney for the Village of Roseville, which <br /> <br />Ordinance shall contain the acceptance and agreement of the Village <br /> <br />of Shoreview to all of the provisions, term s and conditions contained <br /> <br />in Section I of this Ordinance. The Village of Shoreview shall file a <br /> <br />duly certified copy of such accepting Ordinance with the Manager of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville within thirty (30) days from and after the <br /> <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
