<br />V. <br /> <br />That the said Village of St. Anthony shall pass an Ordinance <br /> <br />in form satisfactory to the attorney for the Village of Roseville, which <br /> <br />Ordinance shall contain the acceptance and agreement of the Village <br /> <br />of aAnthony to all of the provisions, terms and conditions contained <br /> <br />in Section II of this Ordinance. The Village of St. Anthony shall file a <br /> <br />duly certified copy of such accepting Ordinance with the Manager of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville within thirty (30) days from and after the <br /> <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />That the said Village of Arden Hills shall pass an Ordinance <br /> <br />in form satisfactory to the attorney:fOr the Village of Roseville, which <br /> <br />Ordinance shall contain the acceptance and agreement of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills to all of the provisions, terms and conditions contained <br /> <br />in Section III of this Ordinance. The Village of Arden Hills shall file a <br /> <br />duly certified copy of such accepting Ordinance with the Manager of <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville within thirty (30) days from and after the <br /> <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect andl:e in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />11 th day of January, 1965. <br /> <br />C~9- .. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />~.~ <br /> <br />.
