<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINN~CE NO. 457 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Al'J ORDINAi'JCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 294 THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 294 adopted by the VillageCOllllcil of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville is hereby amended so that Section III (b) thereof <br /> <br />shall read as follows: <br /> <br />(b) An annual conveyance charge commenclng January 1, 1965, <br /> <br />by Roseville for the uSe of the applicable or affected Roseville trunk <br /> <br />and interceptor se\'Jers in an amount Comi)arable to that paid by individual <br /> <br />sewer users within the Village of Roseville for the operation and <br /> <br />maintenance and use of comparabl,e Roseville interceptor and trunk se\'lers. <br /> <br />This charge to be paid by sewer users in the Village of Shoreview for the <br /> <br />use of subject trunk and interceptor sewers shall be based upon a <br /> <br />reasonable charge comparable as stated to that paid by Roseville sewer <br /> <br />users for comparable sewer use, and shall be established at this time <br /> <br />to be Fifteen Percent (15%) of the rate charged to Roseville Sewer users <br /> <br />for the use of all Roseville sewers including interceptor, trunk and <br /> <br />lateral sewers; such charge to Roseville se\'l'er users being that <br /> <br />determined under Village of Roseville Council Ordinance No. 259 adopted <br /> <br />Novenilier 12, 1958, and as such Ordinance may be hereafter amended. <br />
