<br />II. <br /> <br />TIlat the said Village of Shoreview shall pass an Ordinance <br /> <br />in form satisfactory to the attorney for the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />which Ordinance shall contain the acceptance and agreement of the <br /> <br />Village of Shoreview to all of the provisions, terms and conditions <br /> <br />contained in Section I of this Ordinance. The Village of Shoreview shall <br /> <br />file a duly certified copy of such accepting Ordinance with the Manager <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville within thirty (30) days from and after the <br /> <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />II I. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />1st day of March, 1965. <br /> <br />- \ <br /> <br />, (..I -<.
