<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 41~J? <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS AMENDED. <br /> <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. BY AMENDING <br /> <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in <br /> <br />the form of a written request to rezone from''I-l'' to "1-2" the <br /> <br />following described real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The West Five Hundred Feet eW 500') of the <br />East Two Thousand Seventy-Five Feet (E 20751) <br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section <br />Four (4), Township Twenty-Nine (29) North, <br />Range Twenty Three (23) West, except the <br />North One Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Six <br />Feet (14461) thereof and except that part <br />lying South of the center line of County <br />Road "C" subject to County Road "C" and <br />subject to County Ditch No.4. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commissioni and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br /> <br />Village Council that said property be rezoned to "1-2" and <br />
