<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 5th day of April, <br /> <br />1965, at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the re- <br /> <br />commendations of the Planning Commission that said property <br /> <br />be rezoned to "1-2", <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. ORDAINS: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297 as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The West Five Hundred Feet (W 5001) of the <br />East Two Thousand Seventy-Five Feet (E 20751) <br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section <br />Four (4), Township Twenty-Nine (29) North, <br />Range Twenty-Three (23) West, except the <br />North One Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Six <br />Feet (14461) thereof and except that part <br />lying South of the center line of County <br />Road "e" subject to County Road "C" and <br />subject to County Ditch No.4. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "I-I" to "1-2", and that the <br /> <br />Zoning Map be amended so that said property is classified and <br /> <br />zoned as "1-2". <br /> <br />-2- <br />
