<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 460 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS <br /> <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br /> <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020 t 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville I the <br /> <br />property owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from "R-l" and "B-3" to "R-3" <br /> <br />the following described real property. to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) I Block <br />Two (2), Woehrle's Addition, according to <br />the plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village <br /> <br />Council that said property be rezoned to "R-3"; and <br />
