<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 19th day of April. 1965. <br /> <br />at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission that said property be <br /> <br />rezoned to IR_3", <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />ORDAINS: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297. as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15), Block <br />Two (2). Woehrle's Addition. according to <br />the plat thereof on file and of record in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds in and for <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-l" and "B-3" to "R-3". and that <br /> <br />the Zoning Map be amended so that said property is classified and <br /> <br />zoned as "R-3". <br /> <br />-2- <br />
