<br />o R DIN A N C E N O. 462 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota does <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village of Shoreview, Minnesota, is hereby granted permission <br />and authority subject to all the terms and conditions of Ordinance <br />No. 294 of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as amended, and <br />subject to all of the terms and conditions expressed in the City <br />of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, and as may be amended <br />hereafter by the City of Saint Paul, to discharge its sanitary sewage <br />into the Roseville sewage system from the following described areas <br />in the Village of Shoreview, to wit: <br /> <br />The South One-half (S.1/2) of Section Eleven (11) and all of <br />Sections Twenty-three (23), Twenty-four (24), Twenty-five (25), <br />Twenty-six (26), Thirty-five (35) and Thirty-six (36), and <br />those parts of Sections 13 and 14 lying within the Village of <br />Shoreview, all in Township TIlirty (30), Range Twenty-three (23) <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the U. S. Government Survey <br />thereof. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Sewage from the area set forth in Section I above shall all be <br />discharged through the three connections now existing and located and <br />sized as follows: <br /> <br />1. County Road "0" and Churchill Street 15 inch (In Roseville) <br />2. County Road "D" and Avon Street 24 inch (In Roseville) <br />3. County Road "0" and West Owasso Boulevard 8 inch (In Roseville) <br /> <br />All lying within the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The maximum sewage flow from the Village of Shoreview shall not exceed <br />a total flow of 10.52 cubic feet per second with 8.60 cubic feet per <br />second being provided at connection No. 2 at County Road 0 and Avon Street <br />and 1.92 cubic feet per second being provided at connection No. I at <br />County Road D and Churchill Street, and no additional flow beyond that <br />now existing be allowed in sewers at connection No. 3 at West Owasso <br />Boulevard and County Road D. If the sewage flow determined by measure- <br />ment exceeds this amount either in the individual connection or in the <br />
