o R DIN A N C E N O. 462 The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota does hereby ordain: 1. The Village of Shoreview, Minnesota, is hereby granted permission and authority subject to all the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 294 of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as amended, and subject to all of the terms and conditions expressed in the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, and as may be amended hereafter by the City of Saint Paul, to discharge its sanitary sewage into the Roseville sewage system from the following described areas in the Village of Shoreview, to wit: The South One-half (S.1/2) of Section Eleven (11) and all of Sections Twenty-three (23), Twenty-four (24), Twenty-five (25), Twenty-six (26), Thirty-five (35) and Thirty-six (36), and those parts of Sections 13 and 14 lying within the Village of Shoreview, all in Township TIlirty (30), Range Twenty-three (23) Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the U. S. Government Survey thereof. II. Sewage from the area set forth in Section I above shall all be discharged through the three connections now existing and located and sized as follows: 1. County Road "0" and Churchill Street 15 inch (In Roseville) 2. County Road "D" and Avon Street 24 inch (In Roseville) 3. County Road "0" and West Owasso Boulevard 8 inch (In Roseville) All lying within the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota. III. The maximum sewage flow from the Village of Shoreview shall not exceed a total flow of 10.52 cubic feet per second with 8.60 cubic feet per second being provided at connection No. 2 at County Road 0 and Avon Street and 1.92 cubic feet per second being provided at connection No. I at County Road D and Churchill Street, and no additional flow beyond that now existing be allowed in sewers at connection No. 3 at West Owasso Boulevard and County Road D.
