<br />-2- <br /> <br />aggregate, the Village of Shoreview shall reduce the flow to the <br />specified amount by constructing a sewage detention basin, or by <br />using other approved means within nine (9) months of passage of a <br />resolution by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville stating <br />that the specified sewage flow has been exceeded. The Village of <br />Roseville shall have the right to make sewage flow measurements in <br />the Shoreview sanitary sewers at any time. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication, and on condition that the Village of Shoreview <br />shall pass an ordinance accepting the terms thereof within twenty (20) <br />days after date of this publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota this 10th <br />day of May 1965. <br /> <br />ATIEST: <br /> <br /> <br />ayor <br />
