<br />(b) In theaters, buildings being used for <br />theatrical purposes, theaters displaying motion <br />pictures, except in outer lobbies, rest rooms, <br />or other rooms designated as smoking rooms. <br /> <br />(c) In any church or school while occupied, <br />except in rooms designated as smoking rooms. <br /> <br />(d) In every public assembly unit, building <br />or premises where the combustible nature and <br />quantity of the contents are such that in the <br />opinion of the Fire Marshal are hazardous to <br />life and property from fire. <br /> <br />ee) In any room, building structure or place, <br />or portion of same, where the nature thereof, <br />of the furnishings, contents or property stored <br />therein or thereon are such that in the opinion <br />of the Fire Marshal, the same are or might <br />become hazardous to life and property from fire, <br />and said room, building, structure or place, <br />or portion of the same, is posted with a "No <br />Smoking" sign issued by the said Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />(f) In any street car, bus or other public <br />conveyance operating on the streets of <br />Rosevillei or any elevator used by the public. <br />This section shall not apply to taxi cabs. <br /> <br />173.02. It shall be unlawful for any persons to smoke <br /> <br />in bed in any hotel, motel, rooming or lodging house. <br /> <br />173.03. It shall be unlawful for any persons to throw <br /> <br />any hot or burning content of a lighted pipe or a lighted <br /> <br />cigarette, cigar, match, paper or any other burning or <br /> <br />lighted material from any window or door or any building: in <br /> <br />or upon or close to any combustible material which are liable <br /> <br />to damage by fire or heat. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />1- <br />
