<br />173.04. In every rest room in which smoking is per- <br /> <br />mitted and in every room designated as a smoking room, there <br /> <br />shall be provided at least two incombustible receptacles <br /> <br />filled with sand for the reception of discarded smoking <br /> <br />materials. All rooms designated as smoking rooms shall be <br /> <br />subject to the approval of the Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />173.05. There shall be kept posted in a conspicuous <br /> <br />place by the management a plainly printed notice in each <br /> <br />sleeping room of every hotel, motel, rooming or lodging <br /> <br />house a copy of Paragraph 173.02 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />173.06.
