<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~y <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS <br /> <br />AMEND~D, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br /> <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020,. 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zonim Code of the Village of Ro seville, the <br /> <br />property owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from "R-l" to "R-3" the following <br /> <br />described real property, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter (N.W.l/4) of <br />Section Five (5), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-three (23), described as follows: Commenging <br />at a point :n the center line of Trunk Highway No.8. <br />642.84 feet Southwest of a point where the said center <br />line intersects the North line of said Section Five (5); <br />thence Southwest along said center line 407.3 feet; <br />thence Northwest at right angles to the center line of <br />said Trunk Highway to the North line of said Section <br />Five (5); thence East along the North line of said <br />Section Five (5), to a point 1254 feet East of the Northwest <br />corner corner of Section Five (5), thence Southeast to the <br />point of beginning excepting therefrom all that part lying <br />Northwesterly of the following described line: Commencing <br />at a point on the Southwesterly line of said Tract, 911.4 <br />feet Southeasterly of the Northwest corner thereof; thence <br />Northeasterly parallel to said center line of Trunk <br />Highway No.8 to a point on the Northeasterly line of <br />said tract and there terminating; subject to easements <br />of record, all lying and being in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br />
