<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commis sion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to IIR-311; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of August, 1965, at the <br /> <br />Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission that said property be <br /> <br />rezoned to "R-3". <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA.
