<br />After the report and recommendation of the Health Authority <br /> <br />have been received by the Village Council, it may then grant <br /> <br />or deny such application, and if granted notwithstanding the <br /> <br />disapproval of the Health Authority, the minutes of the Village <br /> <br />Coun il shall so state. <br /> <br />110.050. TRUCKS FOR PERISHABLE AND READILY PERISHABLE <br />FOODS. The licensee of a ~ood establishment shall pay an annual <br /> <br />license fee of Five Dollars ($5.00) to cover the cost of inspectio: <br /> <br />for every vehicle used in transporting perishable and readily <br /> <br />perishable food as defined in Chapter 110. <br /> <br />110.060. MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR INCLUDES WHOLESALE <br /> <br />AND RETAIL. <br /> <br />A duly issued license for food manufacturer or <br /> <br />distributor shall authorize the licensee to conduct either a <br /> <br />wholesale or retail business at the same establishment and for <br /> <br />the sale of the same product or products. <br /> <br />110.070. POSTING OF LICENSE. Each licensee shall keep <br /> <br /> <br />his license prominently posted or readily available for inspection <br /> <br />upon the premises. <br /> <br />110.080. REFUND OF FEE. If the application for license <br /> <br />is not granted, the applicant shall be refunded the fees paid <br /> <br />by him, less $10.00 or the fee, whichever is greater for <br /> <br />processing the application. <br /> <br />110.090. EXPIRATION OF LICENSE. Each license granted under <br /> <br />this chapter shall expire on July 1 of each year. <br /> <br />110.100. REVOCATION OF LICENSE. Any license granted <br /> <br />under this chapter may be revoked by the Village Council. <br />-3- <br />
