<br />110.390. <br /> <br />EMBARGO AND DETENTION. The Health <br /> <br />Authority may attach a tag or issue a written notice of embargo <br /> <br />or detention and thereby embargo any food, clothing, equip- <br /> <br />ment, utensil or thing which by reason of origin, dirt, filth, <br /> <br />extraneous matter, insects, temperature, corrosion, open <br /> <br />seams chipped or cracked surfaces is unfit for use. Such tag <br /> <br />shall be printed as follows: <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />HELD FOR INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />DATE <br /> <br />SANITARIAN <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to remove such <br /> <br />tag from any food, utensil and the like or to remove or <br /> <br />use such food, equipment, clothing and the like to which a <br /> <br />tag has been attached or to remove, sell, give away, or other- <br /> <br />wise dispose of any food covered by written notice of embargo <br /> <br /> <br />or detention except by direction of the Health Authority. <br /> <br />110.400. NOTICE TO REMOVE UNWHOLESOME FOOD. The <br /> <br /> <br />Health Authority upon discovering and determining that any <br /> <br />food as herein defined which is offered or held for sale within <br /> <br /> <br />the Village is adulterated, decayed, diseased, unwholesome or <br /> <br />for any cause unfit for human food, shall at once give the <br /> <br />person in charge thereof notice to at once remove the same out <br /> <br />of the Village or to such place in the Village as the Health <br /> <br />Authority may designate or destroy the same as directed by <br /> <br />the Health Authority. <br /> <br />-30- <br />
