<br />interest of public health. <br /> <br />110.360. SUBMISSION OF PLANS. When a food establish- <br /> <br />ment is hereafter constructed or an existing food est- <br /> <br />ablishment is altered, detailed plans or suitable drawings <br /> <br />and specifications shall be submitted to the Health Authority <br /> <br />and such plans and specifications approved before such work <br /> <br />is begun. Plans and specifications shall be in mfficient <br /> <br />detail so that an accurate and complete appraisal can be made <br /> <br />as to compliance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />110.370. VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION. Each vehicle, used <br /> <br />for transporting perishable and readily-perishable food, <br /> <br />shall have printed on each side of said vehicle in plain letters <br /> <br />not less than one inch in height, the name and post office <br /> <br />address of the licensee. <br /> <br />110.380. <br /> <br />UNWHOLESOME FOOD. No person licensed <br /> <br />under the terms of this ordinance shall sell, offer for sale <br /> <br />or have or keep in his possession with intent to sell, barter <br /> <br />or give away, any meat, fish, oysters, birds, fowl, vegetables, <br /> <br />fruits or other provisions or article of food or drink for <br /> <br />human use or consumption that consists in whole or in part <br /> <br />of any adulterated, filthy, decomposed or putrid animal or <br /> <br />vegetable substance or which are decayed or unfit or unsafe <br /> <br />for use as food or drink for human consumption. <br /> <br />-29- <br />
