<br />(1) All of the requirements and limitations on lot and <br /> <br />building area and building height applicable to structures in the IR-4" District <br /> <br />shall apply in the "R-5" District, except that for each dwelling unit over <br /> <br />four in the "R-5" District the minimum lot size shall be increased by three <br /> <br />thousand square feet. <br /> <br />(2) Parking space set-back requirements shall be the <br /> <br />same as in the "R-4" District. <br /> <br />7.700. Permitted Uses in IR-6" Townhouse District. <br /> <br />(1) Structures housing three or more dwelling units of <br /> <br />not more than two stories each and contiguous to each other only by the <br /> <br />sharing of one common wall, such structures to be of the town or row house <br /> <br />type, as contrasted to multiple dwelling apartment structures. No single <br /> <br />structure shall contain in excess of eight dwelling units and each dwelling <br /> <br />unit shall have separate and individual front and rear entrances. <br /> <br />7.710. Permitted Accessory Uses in "R-6" Districts. <br /> <br />Permitted accessory uses in IR-6" Districts are: <br /> <br />(1) Accessory uses permitted in the "R-4" Districts. <br /> <br />7.720. Special Permit Uses in "R-6" Districts. Uses by <br /> <br />special permit are: <br /> <br />(1) Any use permitted or eligible for a special use permit <br /> <br />in the IR-4" District. <br /> <br />7.730.
