<br />(1) All of the requirements relating to lot and building <br /> <br />area and building height which are applicable to the IR-4" Distri ct shall <br /> <br />apply in the "R-6" District except as modified as follows: <br /> <br />a) The minimum lot area per dwelling unit shall <br /> <br />be four thousand square feet. <br /> <br />b) Solid walls of at least five and one-half feet in <br /> <br />height and twelve feet in length shall be extended to the rear <br /> <br />of each dwelling unit so as to substantially enclose on at <br /> <br />least three sides a semi-private outdoor space for each <br /> <br />dwelling unit. <br /> <br />c) Where more than one principal use structure <br /> <br />is constructed on the same or contiguous lots, yard areas <br /> <br />planned for common use by occupants of all dwelling units <br /> <br />may be counted in computing the required lot space per unit. <br /> <br />d) No principal use structure shall be within <br /> <br />thirty-five feet of any other principal use structure. For <br /> <br />purposes of this measurement, the walls required in b) above <br /> <br />shall be considered part of the exterior dimensions of the <br /> <br />structure except in those cases where such walls of two <br /> <br />structures face each other. <br /> <br />(2) All unenclosed parking spaces shall be at least ten <br /> <br />feet from any structure and shall be set back from lot lines as follows: <br /> <br />-12- <br />
