<br />(2) The minimum distance between curbs of driveways <br /> <br /> <br />at the right-of-way line shall be twenty (20) feet. <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Any aisle in a parking lot in an "R" zone serving <br /> <br /> <br />a building containing three or more dwelling units or in any zone other than <br /> <br />an "R" zone, shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) feet. <br /> <br />(4) No driveway shall be less than fifty (50) feet from <br /> <br />any right-of-way line of a street intersection, except in "R-l" and "R-2" <br /> <br />Districts, the minimum distance shall be twenty (20) feet. <br /> <br />(5) The minimum driveway angle from a two-way access <br /> <br />street shall be 60 degrees; from a one-way street it shall be 30 degrees. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, shall <br /> <br />be amended by adding the following new sections, which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />6.051. Three to Twenty-four Family Residence District. <br /> <br />All lands and areas in the Village of Roseville designated on said Zoning Map <br /> <br />as "R-3A" are hereby zoned "R-3A", Three to Twenty-four Family Residence <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />6.052. Three and Four Family Residence District. Alllands <br /> <br />and areas in the Village of Roseville designated on said Zoning Map as "R-4" <br /> <br />are hereby zoned "R-4", Three to Four Family Residence District. <br /> <br />6.053. Three to Eight Family Residence District.
