<br />6.054. Townhouse District. All lands and areas in the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville designated on said Zoning Map as "R-6" are hereby <br /> <br />zoned "R-6", Townhouse District. <br /> <br />6.055. Apartment Park District. All lands and areas in the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville designated on said Zoning Map as "R-7" are hereby <br /> <br />zoned "R-7", Apartment Park District. <br /> <br />7 . 215. General Density Requirements Exceptions and Credits. <br /> <br />a) The total minimum lot requirements for structures <br /> <br />housing three or more dwelling units in any "R" District may be reduced by <br /> <br />100 square feet per dwelling unit if the property involved is contiguous to a <br /> <br />"B" or an "I" District. <br /> <br />b) The total minimum lot area requirements for structures <br /> <br />housing three or more dwelling units in any "R" District may be decreased by <br /> <br />300 square feet for each parking space that is provided under the principal <br /> <br />use structure or in some other manner underground which allows use of the <br /> <br />grade level above such space for other parking, yard or recreation space. <br /> <br />c) The total minimum lot area requirement applicable <br /> <br />to any principal use structure housing three or more dwelling units in any <br /> <br />"R" District may be decreased by 100 square feet per dwelling unit for each <br /> <br />story over four in those cases where a permit for structures of four stories <br /> <br />or more is issued. To qualify for this credit the structure must provide <br /> <br />passenger elevator facilities to all floors. This credit in combination with <br /> <br />any others applicable shall not be allowed if such allowance would eliminate <br /> <br />-6- <br />
