<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. .52L <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ARCHITECTURAL AND <br />ENGINEERING CONTROLS BY ADDING CHAPTER 46 TO THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Ro seville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto Chapter 46, which shall read as <br /> <br />follow s: <br /> <br />46. ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONTROLS. <br /> <br />46.010. Certain Plans Required. Any building to be <br /> <br />constructed in any "R" District which will contain dwelling units for three <br /> <br />or more families shall be undertaken only in conformance with building and <br /> <br />site plans as hereinafter required. Said plans shall include the following: <br /> <br />(1) Complete details of the proposed site development <br /> <br />including location of buildings, driveways, parking spaces, dimensions of <br /> <br />the lot, lot area and yard dimensions. <br /> <br />(2) Complete landscaping pfl.ns including species and <br /> <br />size of trees and shrubs proposed. <br /> <br />(3) Complete plans for proposed sidewalks to service <br /> <br />parking, recreation and service areas within the proposed development. <br />
