<br />(4) Complete plans for storm water drainage systems <br /> <br />sufficient to drain and dispose of all surface water accumulations within <br /> <br />the area. <br /> <br />(5) Complete structural, electrical and mechanical <br /> <br />plans for the proposed buildings. <br /> <br />(6) Complete plans and specifications for exterior wall <br /> <br />finishes proposed for all principal and accessory buildings. <br /> <br />46.020. Certifications Required. Any plans submitted in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 46.010 shall be signed and certified as follows: <br /> <br />(1) All mechanical systems shall be designed and <br /> <br />certified by a registered mechani cal engire er. <br /> <br />(2) All electrical systems shall be designed and <br /> <br />certified by a registered electrical engineer. <br /> <br />(3) All structural systems for buildings having three <br /> <br />or more floors shall be designed and certified by a registered structural <br /> <br />engineer, in the event the Village Engineer determines that unusual soil <br /> <br />conditions exist. <br /> <br />(4) All building and site plans shall be designed and certified <br /> <br />by a registered architect. The site plans may be prepared by a professional <br /> <br />site planner but a registered architect must certify that he has personally <br /> <br />reviewed the site and designed proposed buildings in accordance with the <br /> <br />site plan, the terrain and neighboring conditions. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
