<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5&3 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1964 UNIFORM BUILDING <br />CODE WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS, AND PROVIDING CERTAIN TYPES-OF <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR MULTIPLE DWELLINGS HAVING OVER THREE FLOORS <br />OF DWELLINGS, BY AMENDING SECTION 35.450 OF THE VILLAGE CODE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 35.450 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, is hereby amended so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />35.450. Uniform Building Code Adopted. The Uniform Building <br /> <br />Code , Vol. 1 copywrited 1964 by International Conference of Building <br /> <br />Officials is hereby adopted by reference with the following deletions and <br /> <br />amendments. <br /> <br />The following sections and chapters of said Code are not <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Chapter 2 <br /> <br />Chapter 3 <br /> <br />The following sections of said Code are amended as follows: <br /> <br />Chapter 5, Section 507 I Table 5D. Type I and Type II <br /> <br />construction as specified in this part of the Uniform Building Code shall <br /> <br />apply to all multiple dwellings which have in excess of three stories of <br /> <br />dwelling units. <br />
