<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 504 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS <br />IN MULTIPLE DWELLING UNITS, INCLUDING LOCATION OF GARBAGE <br />CANS, RESTRICTIONS AGAINST EXTERIOR WALLS LYING BELOW GROUND, <br />SOIL TEST REQUIREMENTS, STORAGE REQUIREMENTS, EXTERIOR WALL <br />SURFACING REQUIREMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AGAINST PROTRUDING AIR <br />CONDITIONERS, AND ACCOUSTICAL CONTROLS, BY AMENDING <br />SECTION 140.040 AND BY ADDING SECTIONS 34.280, 34.290, 35.460, <br />35.465, 39,040 AND CHAPTER 47 TO THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville I Minne sota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Section 140.040 so as to read as follows: <br /> <br />140.040. Location of Cans. Garbage cans shall be kept <br /> <br />at or near the back door of the building using the same or at the rear of the <br /> <br />property if there is an alley, and shall be acces sible to collectors at all <br /> <br />reasonable times, and in all multiple dwellings they shall be screened by <br /> <br />walls to prevent their view from eye level heights. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding Sections 34.280,34.290,35.460,35.465, and <br /> <br />39.040, which sections shall read as follows: <br />
