<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 30Y <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED I BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "I-I" and "I-2. II <br /> <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />W.dEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from "I-l" to "I-2" certain real property <br /> <br />hereinafter described, lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commis sian; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 12th day of September, 1966, <br /> <br />which public hearing was continued over to the 19th day of September, <br /> <br />1966, at the Village Hall at its regular Council meetings; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearings and the <br /> <br />above procedure, <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />
