<br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Tha t part of the Southea st Quarter (S. E. 1/4) of <br />Section Five (5), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />lying Easterly of Interstate Highway 35W (as <br />described in Document *1588020, Book 1841, <br />Page 460, et seq., Ramsey County Records), and <br />excepting County Road C-2 and Cleveland Avenue, <br />containing 14.32 acres more or less, <br /> <br />all of the above lying and being in Ramsey County, Minnesota, be, <br /> <br />and hereby is, rezoned from "I-I" to "I-2 ", and that the Zoning Maps <br /> <br />be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as "I-2". <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Mmnesota, <br /> <br />this 26th day of September, 1966. <br /> <br />ct(~<:~ qAS;:~ <br /> <br />Emil F.
