<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3::1-/ <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "R_l" and "R-3" to "B-I". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Rosev ille, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from "R-l" and "R-3" to "B-I" certain real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described, lying and being in the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 2nd day of November, 1966, <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council <br /> <br />meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />above procedure, <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />
