<br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended a s follows: <br /> <br />The South 432 .l4 feet of the North 822.54 <br />feet of the East 363 feet of the Northwest <br />Quarter (N.
