<br />Resolution No. 8770 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th day <br />of February, 1992, with the original thereof on file in my office, and <br />the same is a full, true, and complete transcript therefrom insofar as <br />the same relates to adjustments to salary ranges, including a 3.0 per- <br />cent economic adjustment, and providing for a monthly insurance con- <br />tribution of $270.00, plus 100 percent paYment of the Long-term Dis- <br />ability Insurance premium for the Management/Administrative employees. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 26th day of February, <br />1992. <br /> <br />~ <br />Steven R.
