<br />-9- <br /> <br />(3) Refrigeration Equipment Installation <br /> <br />Less than lOO,OOO BTU. <br /> <br />For the installation of tefriigeration <br /> <br />equipment under lOO, 000 BTU per hour capacity, the permit fee <br /> <br />charge shall be at the rate of $5.00 for the first 100,000 BTU per <br /> <br />hour input capacity or fraction thereof plus $l.OO for each additional <br /> <br />100.000 BTU per hour or fraction thereof up to 100,000 BTU per hour <br /> <br />input capacity. <br /> <br />(4) Refrigeration Equipment Installation <br /> <br />Over lOO, 000 BTU. <br /> <br />For the installation of refrigeration equipment <br /> <br />over lOO, 000 BTU per hour input capacity the permit fee charge shall <br /> <br />be $l5. 00 for the first lOO, 000 BTU per hour input capacity plus <br /> <br />$2.00 for each additional 100 ,000 BTU per hour input capacity or <br /> <br />fraction thereof. <br /> <br />(5) Alterations, Repair or Extension of <br /> <br />Refrigeration Equipment. <br /> <br />For the alteration, repair or extension of <br /> <br />existing refrigeration equipment where the work is of such a nature <br /> <br />that the permit fee charge cannot be determined from the above, the <br /> <br />permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $5.00 for the first <br />
